Jackie O’s Brewery – Wood Ya Honey (Wheat Wine Style Ale Brewed with Honey BBA 2019)

Wheat wine style ale brewed with generous amounts of local wild flower honey. Aged in bourbon barrels for 10 months elevated the rich caramel and honey character. This batch was conditioned on vanilla beans and orange peel after barrel aging. Rich notes of toasted marshmallow, bright orange zest, dripping honey comb, marzipan, and raisin come together for a decadent experience.
